HUMANITY VS. VANITY:We don't rush your pet through the grooming process which is more calming & the shop doesn't overbook which reduces noise, anxiety & health related issues.  General Grooming times are posted with the service description.  Each pet parent is called after the animal's bath with a status update.  Before and after pictures are posted on our Facebook page.

            "            SPA DAY":Rather than putting any of our specialty shampoos or conditioners on your pet and quickly rinsing it off, we let each pet soak for 10-15 minutes in their treatment for ultimate skin and coat penetration.
ADD $10+ TO ANY BATH OR HAIRCUT PRICE FOR EACH SPECIALTY SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER USED

**Add an additional 25 minutes to your pet's grooming time if specialty shampoo is used.  Add an additional 25 minutes to your pet's groom if specialty conditioner is used.


**Before any specialty shampoo is applied all pets are washed with a hypo-allergenic tearless puppy shampoo to thoroughly clean the dirt off their coat.  This ensures maximum specialty shampoo effectiveness. 

**The Glitter Groomer reserves the right to refuse service to anyone or any pet.

** Some bandanas may not be large enough or small enough in certain patterns.  No substitution in "Pampered Pet Package" if there is no bandana that fits your pet safely.

**Bows will only be put on a pet's hair if the owner agrees to take them out and brush out the hair.  Bows mat hair.  Bows will not be put on pets that mat easily.
